Our candles and melts are made from a soy/coconut wax blend that is toxin free, paraben free, phthalate free, and comes from renewable resources right here in the USA. Our wax blend uses only FDA approved waxes. The coconut/wax blend is designed specifically for superior scent throw, evenness of burn, and longevity.
It doesn't take long. Most orders ship by the next business day. USPS Priority shipping typically delivers to most U.S. addresses in only 2 - 3 business days. Holiday shopping season shipping times my by extended.
We stand strongly behind our products. We think you'll love them, but if you're unsatisfied for any reason, just send it back (even if you've burned the entire candle and the jar is empty), and we'll refund your full purchase price. Full details can be found in our shipping policies, or simply contact our support team.
We do not currently ship outside the U.S.A. In the future, we may offer international shipping. Let us know if you'd like us to consider shipping to your country.

Here are some tips for best results:

The more you burn the candle, the better the crackle gets. The last half of the candle offers the best crackle sound.

Always allow wax to melt fully and evenly across entire surface before extinguishing.

After first burn, be sure to keep wick trimmed to under 1/4". Pinch or break extra burnt wick before lighting (wick trimmers work best).

Never allow candle to burn for longer than 4 hours at a time.

If flame gets too high, extinguish candle and trim wick when wax cools and it is safe to do so.
